Culture and family were important to Terry’s parents which as a mother /grandmother herself now insures knowledge which was passed down to her is shared via her many art works.

The ceremony is a spiritual and physical celebration of two becoming one not only between the couple but a bringing together of tribes which the whole tribe participated in a sign that the marriage was excepted.
